They damaged my car and denied responsibility.

The car was serviced on March 24, at that time a "complete" battery service was performed. On March 31 the car would not start because of a dead battery. Other dealership (Nissan) have checked batteries on other cars and recommend replacement before the battery is dead. Had to pay for towing to get the car back to the dealership. Also had to have brake fluid exchanged after the rear brake service. I don't think anyone looks at these reviews or bothers to contact owners, so what is the purpose? For a place that charges double the fair market price of service, you would think the customer would be treated more than just a number or an opportunity to up charge for something. Wait times are horrible, and I don't believe in their multi-point checking. They are supposed to go through all the fluids and fill up what was needed. After my service, I used my windshield washer fluid for about four seconds before it was empty. If they lied about checking that, what else are they not doing?
