Terrible. Sent a request for vehicle availability late Saturday night. Sales guy sends multiple texts on Sunday, including ?? marks apparently because I hadn't responded yet. I did reply first thing Monday morning and received no response until Tuesday. I simply needed to know if the vehicle was available, not a bunch of annoying / sarcastic texts, but then no response on an actual work day (Monday). This place is a joke - stay far away from it. Scam you from day one. Nothing but lies from the seller all the way to the finance department. They sold me a car that was damaged then sold me another car after bringing the 1st one back with even more damage plus severe safety issues!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Ran my credit each time after telling me they wouldn't after the 1st car I purchased- brought my credit score way down!!

he dealer waxed over road tar and ruined the paint on my new truck when I exercised by exterior paint value added service coating reapply opportunity that came with my truck purchase at Richardson (est, $9K damage). Also, the detailer did not detail the inside as the appointment clerk promised pre-appointment. The service was a complete disaster! Nothing was done! We were charged for services that should have been included! Car broke down the next day!

The service representative that I worked with was excellent. I got his card and will ask specifically for him IF I continue to use Toyota of Richardson (where I bought my car and have had it serviced consistently over the past nine years). I am increasingly convinced that the service technicians who do the multipoint inspection engage in unethical practices.
