Tracy was very quick in helping my sister and I getting our pre-approvals the day of when we first talked to her. She was extremely fast, diligent, and patient with us throughout the whole process of buying a house for the first time. I cannot recommend her enough. I have done two loans with Tracy and she is amazing. She keeps you update every step of the process. She makes sure you understand process and stays on top of every aspect of the loan to make sure it’s approved as fast as possible. Highly recommend her!
Tracy helped make our refinance very quick and painless. We closed within about a month after our initial inquiry. Tracy was able to lock us in at a lower rate than initially expected as well as get our appraisal waived to save us money on fees. She explained our different options clearly and made sure we understood everything. She is easily reachable and we plan to go back to her for our next loan.
We’re first-time home buyers, so you know we had hundreds of questions, but Tracy never made us feel like we were being overbearing. She was patient, and always explained everything to us in detail.
