Tracy helped make our refinance very quick and painless. We closed within about a month after our initial inquiry. Tracy was able to lock us in at a lower rate than initially expected as well as get our appraisal waived to save us money on fees. She explained our different options clearly and made sure we understood everything. She is easily reachable and we plan to go back to her for our next loan.
