I really needed to close on this loan within a month and Tracy did everything to make this happen. She even was available on her vacation. Her communication was exceptional. I will definitley work with her again.

Tracy has been a tremendous help in securing our loan for our new construction. She always make herself available whenever we needed answers. To say that Tracy was a professional at her job is an understatement...I would say she treated this process as though it was her own loan. She speaks my language, Vietnamese so I can understand what she said and explained about mortgage ... Besides she speaks English fluently so it is very convenient for me because she can communicate to my realtor. She is good and experienced loan officer.

Tracy does an awesome job at having your back when it comes to finding a mortgage. She is very knowledgeable about where rates are going, which helps me answer the question of when is the right time to buy. Much of the mortgage documents were overwhelming, yet Tracy was able to clearly explain every line in detail and clarified what it meant to me, as the buyer. The closing process couldn't have been easier. Tracy is extremely reliable and willing to help you start the process. I plan on continuing to work with her!

Tracy was amazing to work with during this whole process, from beginning to end! She provided us with loan scenarios after gathering data from us. Hello, my wife and I refinanced, using Tracy. It was the most professional and comfortable banking experience we've had. I cannot say enough good things about Tracy. She helped me with my first home 8 years ago and when I am in the market again, I did not think twice and immediately get in contact with Tracy to get the loan application started. It was a right decision as it is a very smooth process. I would definitely use her again (and again, and again) and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was the first home buyer and didn't have any idea of loan processing. Tracy is very helpful to guide us and she's fast. She will sit with you and figure out the best way for your situation. She followed up and always gave me updates on processing. She tried her best to reach out if there is any need arise even she's on vacation with family. I did and will refer her to my friends who are looking to buy the house. Again, she's the best! :)
