Tracy and I have worked together for the third time! She has been my trusted mortgage broker ever since I've gotten into the real estate world. Just as she did before, throughout the process, she kept up with her communication and timeliness, which is very important to me. Tracy was very helpful very step of the way. She answered all my questions promptly and made after hour phone calls to answer my questions. She even caught mistakes the lawyer made in charging me fees that I should not have been charged.

She is a professional with years of knowledge in her field, easy to work with, responds quickly and is always willing to help answer questions at any time of the day. Tracy has been a tremendous help in securing our loan for our new construction. She always make herself available whenever we needed answers.
