Tracy was the best person to work with. She always gave me updates and was honest and clear with all communication throughout the process. She helped us realize a dream we always wanted. Start a family in our dream home. I have worked with other lenders before but nothing like Tracy she is dedicated and available all the time. I just completed my mortgage refinance with Tracy in March 2017. This was our second time working with her and both times she was very helpful. Tracy was available and always responded to calls/emails quickly. She explained every details of the process. We were able to close the process very quickly.

If you are a first time home buyer, do yourself a favor and work with Tracy! She explains every single detail so you really feel comfortable with the process. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, she is ALWAYS available (seriously always, even when she's in the middle of the ocean). Thank you Tracy for providing us with such a great learning experience and a smooth first home buying process!!!

As a first time homebuyer I came into this process with not so much knowledge beside what I research online. Tracy answered all my questions and gave me great guidance with the whole process. She is very knowledgable and was there to help me every step of the way. She went out of her way to make sure I understand and kept me updated through the process. I am beyond happy that I chose her to help me with buying my first home.

Tracy has helped me in the process of getting my condo. She went out of her way in helping me and making sure I had everything on time. She even met me after hours just to make sure everything was getting done. I don't think I could have done it without her help!

Tracy was excellent to work with. Her availability was extremely flexible, which was immensely helpful due to my challenging work hours. She always had answers for me, and helped to detail and explain the entire purchasing process for me. Even steps that she herself was not a part of. If there were moments another person from the bank was not responding fast enough, she was available to assist me. This process would have been far more difficult without her. Tracy was fantastic with the pre-approval and actual loan process. She is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything in terms we would understand.
