Tracy does an awesome job at having your back when it comes to finding a mortgage. She is very knowledgeable about where rates are going, which helps me answer the question of when is the right time to buy. Much of the mortgage documents were overwhelming, yet Tracy was able to clearly explain every line in detail and clarified what it meant to me, as the buyer. The closing process couldn't have been easier. Tracy is extremely reliable and willing to help you start the process. I plan on continuing to work with her!

Tracy was amazing to work with during this whole process, from beginning to end! She provided us with loan scenarios after gathering data from us. And she is very thorough and quick with everything too! She makes herself available for any questions or concerns via phone or email, even when she is at sea as well!! Hello, my wife and I refinanced, using Tracy. It was the most professional and comfortable banking experience we've had. Tracy works extremely fast, meaning that if you have questions, she's right there to answer them in a very quick and precise manner. I cannot say enough good things about Tracy. She helped me with my first home 8 years ago and when I am in the market again, I did not think twice and immediately get in contact with Tracy to get the loan application started. It was a right decision as it is a very smooth process. I would definitely use her again (and again, and again) and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I was the first home buyer and didn't have any idea of loan processing. Tracy is very helpful to guide us and she's fast. She will sit with you and figure out the best way for your situation. She followed up and always gave me updates on processing. She tried her best to reach out if there is any need arise even she's on vacation with family. I did and will refer her to my friends who are looking to buy the house. Again, she's the best! :)

Tracy was the best person to work with. She always gave me updates and was honest and clear with all communication throughout the process. She helped us realize a dream we always wanted. Start a family in our dream home. I have worked with other lenders before but nothing like Tracy she is dedicated and available all the time. I just completed my mortgage refinance with Tracy in March 2017. This was our second time working with her and both times she was very helpful. Tracy was available and always responded to calls/emails quickly. She explained every details of the process. We were able to close the process very quickly.
