She speaks my language, Vietnamese so I can understand what she said and explained about mortgage ... Besides she speaks English fluently so it is very convenient for me because she can communicate to my realtor. She is good and experienced loan officer.
Tracy does an awesome job at having your back when it comes to finding a mortgage. She is very knowledgeable about where rates are going, which helps me answer the question of when is the right time to buy. Much of the mortgage documents were overwhelming, yet Tracy was able to clearly explain every line in detail and clarified what it meant to me, as the buyer. I cannot say enough good things about Tracy. She helped me with my first home 8 years ago and when I am in the market again, I did not think twice and immediately get in contact with Tracy to get the loan application started. I was the first home buyer and didn't have any idea of loan processing. Tracy is very helpful to guide us and she's fast. She will sit with you and figure out the best way for your situation. She followed up and always gave me updates on processing. She tried her best to reach out if there is any need arise even she's on vacation with family.
