If it was not for this team telling me what to do step-by-step, I would not have followed through. Because they were patient understanding and well trained. I was able to follow all the instructions that were provided. After almost 30 years, several failed attempts. I was able to submit my request for disability. The process is frustrating when you don’t know what you are required to do.
