I cant honestly say we have had our *** and downs. Please note if you have any claims you have submitted on your own as Trajector will take credit for your work as well. At the end of the day it was a success story. As for their fees, I think they are a little pricey and feel the level of service doesnt equal out. Fast turnover in the company.
I had a pleasurable experience in dealing with them. They are very knowledgeable about the VA C&P process and talked me through things that my VSO and others did not know to do. I provided them the information they needed when required and they did their job. They followed through with me when needed and always answered my questions.
Great service. I would still be lost in the dark as I was for years until these folks turned the light on. They are always quick to respond and very respectful to the customer. These people know the path through the VA maze and will get you the ratings you have deserve. If only the Veterans Administration could do their part in a timely manner.

I am very grateful to the team for assisting me with what I needed. Like other reviews mention, the process does take time and patience, but it is worth it. I live in a rural town where assistance to Veterans is not available. Trajector Medical helped me to understand and gave me the tools to accomplish what I couldn't do on my own.
