Scam. Veterans I beg you, it's not worth it. I will say this over and over. They have continued to harrass me over money that I do not owe. I refuse to pay for services until they correct the balance. I have proven to them without a reasonable doubt, that the increase in compensation is not due to them, but due to my yearly cost of living compensation increase. They refuse to listen. Just sharing my experience. I don't know if Trajecetor "used to" do more to help, but the ONLY thing they did for me, ask me what Issues I wanted to claim, even typed up my "personal statements" probably right there on the phone going off of what I said... plugged my info into their automated system that filled out the claim form and a personal statement for each claim. they then submit the claim..... and pretended to follow up and be concerned.. DO NOT use these people! First, they kept assigning me new "battle buddies" (I told them it was offensive that they call themselves that, they didn't care, or even acknowledge I said it). Everyday I got a call from someone new. I complained about it when it got to like five battles buddies, they didn't acknowledge I said that either. So it was impossible to get updates on anything, because the person I was supposed to get info FROM changed everyday, and they didn't come into the situation having been briefed. Horrible company. Never reached out to provide updates and when you need questions asked they never answer the texts or emails or calls. Complete rip off and now they reach out after I have already gotten my rating.
These people will attempt to stack injuries whilst telling them multiple times you dont want to. They will say they have doctors at their disposal.( this is a lie) They will tell you to keep in contact while not returning messages. They will threaten collections the same day they send the initial invoice all while youve been waiting to hear back from them after multiple contact attempts. My husband was expecting this company to help him with his claim and after helping him submit one form there was a ridiculous charge!!!!!!!! Please do your research before using this company. There are agencies that help veterans with their claims free of charge!
I have been working with this company and I have not been satisfied with the work that I have received from them. This company takes advantage of veterans.
At first, seems to be an OK company, Nope! When they first sent me the forms to review. The "Battle ****** reps wanted me to rush through the information, just click "ok" and sign. WOW. First. several information was incorrect, not just 1 or 2, but more. They even had me as a Reservist, NO!. The Medical Buddy ***** *** bother asking questions!
