They do help and seemed to make things easier for some stuff. The problem happened after my decision letter. I found out I was lied to when I was first talking to them. I was told they would help file my claims and appeals but after subverted my decision letter I was told they no longer do appeals. Then I found out the payment option I was offered wasnt actually offeredthe financial person that I was talking to said she was the manager and would honor what I said I was told. Trajector Medical has been harassing me concerning money I owe them. Granted, they assisted in getting me 30% disability, UT are charging me almost $8,000 insisting they assisted with the anxiety disability I received, but the did not. Now I get 5 to 6 calls a week, plus emails from their account people. I even provided the documentation stating they had nothing to do with setting up this appt. I also learned that they are not associated with the VA. I've had it with Trajectory. Be aware fellow vets is all I van say.
This company has an unfair billing policy that is predatory to say the least. All they did was annotated what I had already filed with the VA prior to them assisting me with again writing down my disabilities and putting them in an outline form and (I) did the filing with the VA and Trajector slaps me with this bill of over $7000 FOR WHAT? I have signed for their help! We are in the evidence finding stage with the VA! I had a 10% with an appeal that was in 2017! The appeal letter came out August 6 2023 the hearing was Oct 20 2022! I got a 10% and a remand for the rest of the toe! They are sending me invoices for the 10% from my appeal in the tune of 836.30!! This is for things I have done starting in 2017! They are criminals! Trying to steal and get people to pay for service they did not provide!
All they did was assist in writing the original letter to the VA. They said I would get help and calls from my sponsor and I never received a single call from them. Zero help after the letter was written. I only ended up with 10% rating.
They charge the veterans 5X EACH time you get an increase. GO ELSEWHERE!
After two years all they have done is make two appointments nothing else has been done.My opinion they **** when you first contact them, they lead you to believe The'll be doing everything and all you need to do is go to your appointments but that's not the case they want you to get and send them documents even after I sent them, they keep wanting me to resend them over & over. Why do I need them if I have to do all the work getting documents? h*** I can request doctor *************
This company does not help veterans. They are only attentive to until you agree or sign the documents. All the things they claimed were denied. The increase I did get was 10% which is less that 300$. Which I wasnt even aware of until they called me demanding that I pay 600$ a month to pay them more than 1000$ for there help or should I say lack of help. Somehow an increase leaves me with 300$ less monthly. And then they have the audacity to make light of the situation as if they normally s**** people over like this.!!
Fraudulent company exploiting vets. Not VA accredited. Sending fraudulent emails claiming we signed up for autopay. We didn't. Attempting to take money out of our account. Getting an attorney and starting a full class action lawsuit. They cannot claim ANY of your benefits. Giving to benefits to anyone no accredited or non attorney is illegal. Stop paying them immediately and get a lawyer.
