When I initially was contacted, they were Vet *********** They stated they would help research my medical record to find additional disabilities that I may have missed when filing my initial claim. They changed to Trajector, and it only went downhill from there. First, they did not do any research for me. They asked me what my disabilities are and asked me what I thought I could get increases for. Trajector is a complete SCAM...... All they did was fill out paperwork that I could have done. I received no call's prior to my appointment. They have constantly called and sent me email's basically threating me. I'm getting a Lawyer involved now. There predatory practices towards Veterans should be illegal. DO NOT USE TRAJECTOR MEDICAL
Trajector is a terrible unorganized company for Veterans. Veterans go months without hearing from anyone on their team. When they finally get someone to talk to they are passed around prior to being on a long hold. Worse part of all they charge you ridiculous fees (5 x your monetary increase) and then they use a team of ppl to call the VA with your personal information such as social and DOB to find out what your awarded so they can bill you each month. Trajector contacted me, offered services which I declined because of the cost. I was told I electronically signed a contract for services. If you click the submit button for initial assessment, you electronically sign ( checked the site) . I asked who referred me to them and they could not answer. I asked for a invoice detailing what they supposedly accomplished to raise my compensation because of Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. Scam. Veterans I beg you, it's not worth it. I will say this over and over. They have continued to harrass me over money that I do not owe. I refuse to pay for services until they correct the balance. I have proven to them without a reasonable doubt, that the increase in compensation is not due to them, but due to my yearly cost of living compensation increase. They refuse to listen. Just sharing my experience. I don't know if Trajecetor "used to" do more to help, but the ONLY thing they did for me, ask me what Issues I wanted to claim, even typed up my "personal statements" probably right there on the phone going off of what I said... plugged my info into their automated system that filled out the claim form and a personal statement for each claim. they then submit the claim..... and pretended to follow up and be concerned.. DO NOT use these people! First, they kept assigning me new "battle buddies" (I told them it was offensive that they call themselves that, they didn't care, or even acknowledge I said it). Everyday I got a call from someone new. I complained about it when it got to like five battles buddies, they didn't acknowledge I said that either. Horrible company. Never reached out to provide updates and when you need questions asked they never answer the texts or emails or calls. Complete rip off and now they reach out after I have already gotten my rating.
These people will attempt to stack injuries whilst telling them multiple times you dont want to. They will say they have doctors at their disposal.( this is a lie) They will tell you to keep in contact while not returning messages. They will threaten collections the same day they send the initial invoice all while youve been waiting to hear back from them after multiple contact attempts.
