I was very satisfied with everything Trajector has helped me with. They made this easy. There is a lul period where you don't hear from them but they do take their time and address all your issues. You have to be patient and understand that the process takes time and it's actually on the VAs side which I learned. I believe that if you go with them you will be satisfied like me. Patience is vital on our part.

Provided excellent customer service and the process was very simple. I had attempted several times to get over the 90% hump and with the assistance from Trajector, I was recently rated at 100% by the VA.

Although hesitant to pay for this service, I know that even if I had achieved the same end result (increase in benefits), it would have been a much longer, painful process. Trajector made it significantly easier to navigate the process. Everyone at Trajector was courteous and professional.
