After presenting all my medical issues they proceeded connecting the source of my complaints in a very professional manner. I can not imagine doing this without their help. I dont know where to start, what paper work is required and where to submit it. Thanks to Trajector medical they help me with this problem and provided everything I needed. Trajector medical at the beginning I was kind of nervous about what they could help me with but its time went on. They understood my conditions gather the evidence that was needed and I went from 20% to 90% on the front end they told me it was gonna be five times the amount over what they got me and I did not have a problem with that because my benefits are for life. So far, I don't have any complaints about the the way things have gone with Trajector Medical. If I do encounter any problems with the company, I will come back and express my concerns, very openly.
I personally think they are doing a great job and made things so less confusing and simplified! They have done everything that "We" agreed upon.
They have been very honest, not charging me anything, and keeping me informed.
I really love Trajector Medical and all of the help they have given me personally and my family. Everyone over there is really friendly and knowledgeable and I truly love every phone call that I get from Trajector Medical.
