I got my rating increased from 20% to 60%. I’m still working on an additional service connection increase. I would recommend this company. It takes a while for the process to complete and it is front loaded with leg work by yourself, but is well worth it.

I thank Trajector for helping me with my VA claim. I felt they did a professional job in assistance, yet I believe they would greatly benefit by having veterans working for them that have an understanding of military life. I was satisfied in the end, so thanks Trajector.

I must admit, the first 2-3 months of dealing with Trajector Medical exceeded my expectations, and I even received a 40% higher rating. Thanks. However, the interaction later became quite frustrating. Each subsequent phone conversation was with a different representative, and their command of English deteriorated with each call. This made it increasingly difficult to convey my points effectively. I genuinely believe some of the declined claims could have been approved with better understanding during phone contacts. ALL THEIR STAFF HAS BEEN MOST FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. What I like best is they aided me in getting a successful rating with the VA, where I had not been successful in the past. They have been easy to work with and have kept me in the loop as to what I need to do and when. I have found all their staff to have been most helpful, friendly, and willing to explain what comes next and what was required of me to do, I can't think them enough for their help.
