Everything was explained upfront.. payments etc.. if I was to get an increase, i knew what I was going pay.. if a claim came back without an increase you can appeal.. a percentage would be added on for an appeal, again I knew what money I would owe.. this company helped me tremendously over the past year helping me reach my ultimate goal.. same company 5 or 6 of my coworkers have also used them with no complaints. My experience with Trajector was the upmost surprise to me. The ***** work of your staff after receiving my questionnaire was so fast. The process from start to sending my disability packet to the VA was about 1 month. Thank you for such a quick and thorough response.
