Very helpful and seemless process. The staff briefed me on the cost of the service up front. The cost is whatever your monthly increase is, for 5 months. For example, if the increase is $960, then it is $4,800 total paid for their services. The higher the rating and compensation, the more money you will pay them. They have medical staff, customer service staff, and people will fill out documents for you, send to you for signatures easily over email, then THEY DEAL WITH THE VA in setting appointments.
