Trajector Medical was very thorough in highlighting the information necessary for filing a claim. They were also very good about keeping contact with me on a regular basis. My medical assistant (*****) was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable which made the process much smoother. Was recommended by a fellow veteran, and I have tried to get reevaluated through a veterans organization. Process took 2 years and no increase in benefits. Made a call, followed their process, packet submitted 1 month later, had evaluation appointments and in the span of two months was rated 100%.
