Easy to use friendly staff with decent knowledge of va

Trajector did exactly as they say. They will ask you questions and fill out the forms but it is on you to submit them. You will still need to go see the VA certifying doctors that the VA assigns you. With help from Trajector my rating went from 10% to 60%. Just waiting on my invoice now which will be 5x the difference so not too bad.

I thought they explained the process, in detail, up front. They arranged all my appointments and I received immmediate notification of where we were in the process. I feel it might have taken me a year, if not more, to do what they accomplished for me in months with results. So far the service has been very good. Trajector was upfront with their information on how they were going to assist in making a claim, and upfront about their billing costs. They offed multiple payment options and were willing to work with me on making a payment. At this point I have no negative comments on Trajector and I would recommend them to other veterans.
