Everything was explained upfront.. payments etc.. if I was to get an increase, i knew what I was going pay.. if a claim came back without an increase you can appeal.. a percentage would be added on for an appeal, again I knew what money I would owe.. this company helped me tremendously over the past year helping me reach my ultimate goal.. same company 5 or 6 of my coworkers have also used them with no complaints.
