Initially it was a terrible experience. However, once I started working with ******** everything was smooth and completely professionally. She actually cared. I'm impressed so far with customer service she took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to move the information on to the next level, so in two weeks which will be around October 2, 2023 we'll be expecting a follow-up call....

Overall good results, a little slow in my opinion. I needed to hire a lawyer to file appeals for the claims that Trajector left open that they had filed, and would not submit appeals for them in a timely manner. They got me from 80% to 90% due to their diligent work. I am appreciative of that, I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been with Trajector for almost a year working on raising my disability rating with the VA. The different team members that I have worked with were all professional, courteous, and helpful. They have also been very thorough in helping me understand exactly what to expect as I go through the different processes.
