Best cannolis anywhere and garlic bread is amazing.
This is not my first time at this restaurant. The food was delicious. My son (age 11) loved the lasagna (close to our hone made lasagna) daughter (age 8) loved the ravioli (we asked because she’s a kid that instead of pesto sauce a marina sauce and they were really nice about it) husband loved his chicken and I ordered the chicken Milanese (for my kids if they didn’t like their dish) everything was delivered plates were empty when the waiter cleared the table. Delicious food with top notch service in a cool spot
Table was soso located at an emergency exit , food was good. bathrooms were very dirty and gross. Overall experience was ok but not excellent. Don't know if I would return though

I have visited this establishment several times. It always feels as though you are a returning family menu. Service is exceptional, from the greeting, the wait staff, bar staff.The food is trattoria simple, delicious and well presented. I have taken clients here and they have all raved. Myfamily always looks forward to a return visit. It is also a great celebrity spotting venue, likely due to the proximity toCarnegis Hall.
Second time eating at Trattoria in the last few months. I loved the bolognese tordelli ravioli so much the first time, I ordered it again. Also split the meatball appetizer with my husband. Both were delicious. My husband’s rigatoni with lobster and shrimp diavolo was disappointing- it did not have an abundance of shrimp or lobster. Waitress was rude and unfriendly.
