The service and experience were amazing!. I was celebrating my friend’s birthday and that’s why we came to Trattoria Dell’ Arte. The vegetables came out cold to luke warm. But the entrées were out of this world. The entrées and the desserts made up for the sub par veggies. The service was outstanding. They greeted us with Prosecco!
Bad night for them. Not a first visit and used to better. Had a reservation at 7:30PM. Arrived at 7:20 and the lobby was jammed. Gave my name at 7:45!!!! A 25 minute wait just to talk to someone. Once at our table, service fast but after 45 minutes waiting, no bread at the table. After asking: they were out of bread. Food arrived after an hour. One of the four dishes was cold. The food was good as usual, but what a bad night. It was my fifth visit there. Probably the last time also.

Wonderful food and dessert but terrible service. Our waiter never showed up except at dessert (they seemed short-staffed) and the hostess had to take our order. No one asked us how the food was or if we wanted anything. We had to ask for a bread basket since our waiter wasn't to be found. Once we were served, however, the food was delish and beautifully presented. My mother and I had the salmon and the tartufo for dessert. Maybe it was an off day. I'd def go back again because the food is too good to miss!

The food was great but the service was poor. The waiter disappeared most of the time.
Amazing food and service.
Amazing!! This was our second year in a row visiting. Brought the kids this time and everyone was so nice and accommodating. Food is phenomenal!
