The noise level at the bar was over the top because there was one person there who kept on laughing hysterically. So we moved to a table. Other than that it was such a wonderful experience as for the food, service, and ambiance. Lovely restaurant. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating.
Over many years I have had many meals at the Trattoria. This time I had the best meal I have ever had there. But, the noise level is too high.
I requested a special table which is where we sat. The service was excellent. The waiter gave his opinion on what to order both good and great meals. He helped us suggest a wine which we really enjoyed. Definitely a place to go without feeling stuffy or pretentious.
Always an amazing experience here. Food was outstanding and the service was great! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Favorites are the pizza and the lasagna!
I got to Trattoria Dell'Arte every time I go to NYC. I will never change that !!! Such nice people and lively atmosphere !!! The real deal !

This is a fabulous neighborhood spot. Highly recommend especially for those wanting a non-touristy experience. Our server Joseph was fantastic. And the food, perfecto!
Great wait staff. Attentive and ready to please. All I needed to do was to look toward them and they came right over. Food was excellent.
