This is one of the best restaurants that I have ever eaten at. From the moment we entered the restaurant, everyone was exceedingly attentive, professional and courteous. The food was amazing. I had the veal parm, and it was the best that I have ever had. The cannoli for dessert was amazing. I would definitely go to Trattoria Dell' Arte again, and I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.
We really enjoyed this experience. The pizza was excellent with a very thin crust and our veal parmigiana was excellent as well. Our server was outstanding and took great care of us for the evening. Loved the lemoncello and the Prosecco to cap off the night. Definitely a highlight of our trip.
Trattoria was wonderful as always. I took my wife and daughter after a matinee and they could not have been happier with the food and service. We were upstairs which is a little quieter and less dramatic than the downstairs space but it was fine. The waiters were tremendously attentive and extremely considerate about my daughter's nut-allergy. "Try the Veal Best in the City " this is an outstanding italian food experience the appetizers are outstanding and the main meal exceptional everytime 32 years in NYC for a reason ! A very nice dining experience indeed !
I've read reviews that claim that Trattoria Dell'Arte is fabulous, and other reviews that label it as awful. From my point of view, neither of these is true. Trattoria Dell'Arte is a solid cornerstone of the Carnegie Hall midtown area, offering enough to make the typical Manhattan prices worth paying. Staff was very kind in correcting an error as my partner's food had some plastic in it. Good service and rolling with the punches and managerial attention
It was a busy Saturday with an event at Carnegie Hall which we attended. People were rushing into the restaurant. We were standing on reservation line waiting our turn. We were next-host approached and woman behind us gave her name. He sat her before us. All around were astounded. Joke on her because we got a booth and she was at a small table.
