Food excellent Service very good Busy crowded but friendly crowd Near Carnegie Hall
Four of us were going to Downton Abbey Exhibit on 57th Street and we decided to eat at Trattoria Delle'Arte. Loved it! We were warmly greeted by host, and many of the wait staff. The entire staff, we felt, were extremely cordial. Food selection, service, and entire dining experience was exceptional. Would definitely return.
We had dinner with friends and were given a nice corner where we could talk and dine casually. Food was outstanding and our waiter was delightful.
WONDERFUL! Perfect place when in Columbus CIrcle Area. The staff are unbelievable! So attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious and service was perfectly timed.
Our dinner was very good. The restaurant was packed when we got there so we had to wait about 25 mins to be seated and that was with reservations. Once we were seated we told our waiter we needed to be done by a certain time because we had tickets for Carnigie Hall. He not only got us out of there on time but we also had 20 mins to spare. Carnegie Hall is right across the street from the restaurant. It was a great dinner and a fabulous show.
I don't live in New York, but visit often and I always try to go to Trattoria Dell'Arte. You just can't beat their antipasto bar - there are usually some seasonal choices - but there are always fabulous vegetables cooked in a variety of wonderful ways. Obviously, I love it!
Really lovely pizzas! Best for a long while...busy busy restaurant but fun.
Great food and wine. VERY crowded the night we went - right after the Richard Tucker Memorial concert, so we had to wait to be seated, despite reservations.
Wonderful food fantastic service!
