Excellent Food and even more spectacular deserts - The Antipasto table is interesting and a good value - We had the vegetarian ossobuco and seafood pappardelle which were delicious. The waitstaff and maître d were very polite and friendly - they went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our dinner! Not sure if this was a fluke but there seem to be quite a few Italians working in the place - these days that's a good sign in my opinion! We had the Tiramisu and sampled several of their other deserts as well - all were top... read more
Great food but overwhelmed with unexpected crowd. Service was bad. Staff apologized repeatedly but didn’t make up for the bad service. But food especially appetizer bar was very good.
Food was good, service was great ,we had the worst table in the house. It was near the entrance , a steady line of people hanging over our table as they went by nearly ruined the night. We will definitely try it again, but need to have one of the other tables.
Perfect pre-marathon spot, great ambiance, both manager had numbers to run the next day the New York City Marathon so they were taking good care of runners and the food is perfectly balance between tradition and great ingredients. And if your run the next day they give you a aluminum blanket for the wait a Staten Island
Decor is a bit older and not too nice but the food made up for it. Scallops, ravioli pomodoro, margarita pizza, peperoni chicken parm ( and I’m sure hint ng who would put pepperoni in chicken with arm) were all the excellent! Bonus- The scallop dish was gluten free.
This was my second time and it was as good as I remembered. It was crowded and noisy (Saturday night 6:45) but in a good way. Despite the crowd, service was very good. We got baked snapper and meat stuffed ravioli. Both were really good - next time I will get the lasagna. It looks amazing.
I live in Oregon and amke it a point to Always eat there when in Town. Love that Anti Pasta bar and the overall service .
Once again the Trattoria Dell"Arte Restaurant was a excellent choice for a family dinner all aspects of the restaurant exceeds expectations. The staff makes you feel at home the moment you walk in the door. The quality of the food is excellent and you recieve good value for the expense Will certainly return
I never eat home so frequent many restaurants in Brooklyn Queens and Manhattan but besides all the aspects of many great restaurants, this one stands above The rest with the MOST special and gracious and special host and hostess staff. As an example, Just this past weekend it was jampacked with a line 20 feet long and the service was as good as it would be on a slow night. The kitchen was fast and the waiters service perfect. You would never know the place was full to capacity. And as I mentioned, a hostess took time for lei... read more
