I set up and gave a $200.00 deposit and they were great until the day after my scheduled pickup date and now i can't get a hold of them. they told me all these companies are going to bait and switch me. i trusted Mike and all i got was ghosted. he even told me he would never lie to me and that his should have been done already. I would not recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy!
THEY DO NOT REFUND DEPOSITS! Car was estimated to be picked up but was delayed everyday for 5 days. Trunk was broken and I was not assigned a new driver. Do not trust them!

beyond horrible experience. The company is very quick to deliver a quote but as soon as you agree and pay your deposit they absolutely disappear. I was advised my car would be picked up by Tuesday and the latest Wednesday. No call and no response to my numerous messages. Do not use this company unless you want verbal abuse and to be promised white glove service only to have the price raised at the last moment. I was promised a dispatcher would call me and the vehicle would be transported by Tom. I waited 5 days and finally followed up. Tom didn’t remember having a conversation with me and continued to judge me and my mood. Tom was also very racist saying things about other transport services and the way they speak. About a month before our move I filled in a quote request to ship our car through some 3rd party website that came up among Google ads. Immediately my phone rang, Mike from Travelers Auto Transport. He presented himself as the most reliable and trustworthy car shipping company, offered to move our car from Pittsburgh PA to Seattle for $1550 and promised that the car would be picked up around 6/8/2022 and assured me that it would be no later than our flight date of 6/12/2022. Payed them a 300 deposit for 1300 delivery from Miami to Tustin ca. Then they changed it to 1450 due to gas prices. Wish they could have been honest about it. Delivery was for 6/13/2022. Changed to am on 6/14/2022. Car hasn't arrived and its almost 2pm. Then I have to deal with Spanish speaking Cubans who apparently cant speak English. I preface this review by saying I used to work as a logistics manager so I dealt with shipping vehicles all over the world all day everyday for years for a big three automaker. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had shipping a vehicle. Someone purchased my vehicle over 2 months ago, he is in California the car is in Ohio. I purchased my dream car. I hired Travelers Auto Transport to transport it from CA to TN. After 2 trucks were scheduled by Johnny and never showed, the seller changed his mind and kept the vehicle. This was 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for my deposit back. I never give bad reviews, but this experience was the worst. Please give me my money back!

Hi Todd, sorry the transport didn't work out. It looks like 2 different trucks were dispatched out and unfortunately both had mechanical issues. These things are completely out of our control. We offered to send another truck and at that time you declined. Again sorry for the inconvenience Todd we did everything we could to get the vehicle picked up.
Where to start...After looking for a transport they contacted me. Took their bid not the cheapest but good salesman assured car was to be picked up by Wednesday. Signed contract for 1095 payed deposit 250 balance on delivery 845. Dozens of calls hundreds of $s in storge fees and over 2 weeks past pickup date told I would have to pay $1250 to get car moved I had no choice. Upon arrival had to pay 1385 to get car off truck.
