Contacted by Adam. Excellent price from Jacksonville,FL to Nashville,TN area. He kept me in the loop on pricing and found a transport for our car the same day. He was very nice and very active at getting a transport. The transport was on the day we requested and we did have to work around a neighbor’s schedule since the car was in Florida. Highly recommend Adam. The transport company Adam found was a very professional co. And I felt the entire process was easy. Highly recommend!!
i needed transport my vehicle that had been totaled in an automobile accident. It was undriveable and needed to be transported from Dallas Texas to LAredo TExas..no small task. Adam at Travelers was on it from the minute we called..This happened over the Christmas and New years so getting this all sorted out could have been long and time consuming. I am temporarily relocating for work and needed to ship my car to Texas, i was a bit intimidated by all the calls I received, after filling out a brief application online. Luckily Adam from Travelers Auto Transport got a hold of me and eased my nerves. He was professional and courteous. He wasn't pushy which i really appreciated.
Shipped my car from NY to Fl, the process went flawlessly. I was able to speak with one rep who guided me through everything. I recommend giving them a shot.
Originally picked this company due to an initial search of reviews that gave it a 5 star rating. After they took a deposit and failed to transport my vehicle 3 times I looked for reviews again and found countless 1 star reviews covering various complaints. A gentleman named Adam was my point of contact who when last spoken to indicated I would be receiving a refund of a $284.63 deposit within 2 to 3 business days. This company took my deposit I paid with Zelle. They promised to have my truck shipped from texas in 1 week. They never picked up my vehicle as promised. I had to driver my vehicle cross country since they were always making excuses as why they weren't able to pick it up. Now they won't refund me or answer my calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They promise a refund if not used but its been 6 months and still havent got my 300.00 back. My son was dyeing in a hospital and i had to cancel and they do not care they are evil lyeing no good scammers.
RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! They will lie to you to get your credit card number for your deposit and then ghost you with the exception of every 30th phone call they answer and YELL at you. Jeanenne is a bully and the most unprofessional woman I've ever dealt with. It's been 10 months and still no refund on my deposit. They cost me A LOT MORE THAN MY DEPOSIT which is why I will see them in court... if I can ever find their REAL address to serve them - because the one they post on google is FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE.
