I higher them through a customer rep named James to transport my car from Florida to Pennsylvania and paid a deposit 25 days in advance of the arranged pickup. This Company never paid for transporting cars, it`s absolutely non-paying company, they are always changing payment types after delivering cars. The car still not paid, it was delivered 2 months ago, the payment had to be 2 days quick pay... PS: order id: 28378496
Failed to perform as promised. Paid storage on a vehicle as they strung me along, knowing they did not have transport. Look elsewhere for a company with integrity
I am making a formal complaint about them for deceitful business practices - I needed an urgent car transport from San Jose to New Hampshire on 1/28 and made it very clear to the rep who called himself "James" that this is the only day we can do it, he assured me that they have a driver who leaves San Francisco on Friday and definitely can pick up our SUV on Saturday in San Jose to drive cross country. Travelers was in constant contact with me. Travelers shopped for the best delivery time and price….I didn’t do shit except pay the driver COD which is typical in the auto shipping industry. They hired a great driver and my car arrived earlier than expected. Great job, nice people, too!
