Had the worst experience ever. Johnny gave me a quote , not an estimate for round trip. Minutes later that quote changed to a higher price because I needed my vehicle sooner so I was ok. 3 days passed and didn't get delivery date so I texted Johnny and he told me on a text that it was scheduled for the same day, a day passed and then stopped texting me and gave me his boss number Adam, now Adam tells me that they couldn't find a driver, so it was a lie that it was already scheduled. You made your reservation on the 13th. You chose Travelers after another company was not able to get the vehicle picked up for you in the time frame you wanted. Travelers did what others couldn't- successfully and within an appropriate time frame they moved a truck! We originally contracted the "biggest" broker in the country to move the truck. That company screwed up royally. We contacted Travelers- within a business day they had a trucker booked, the truck was picked up the next day and across the country in four days!! Don't believe the BS of other brokers-- trust a group like Travelers that actually knows what they are doing! THANKS!

My husband purchased a car in another state. We decided to try to have it transportes instead of us driving 5 hours and back to pick it up. They quoted me a guaranteed price of $275. After I paid $100 deposit, the remaining $175 would go to the driver at drop off. I paid the deposit, waited 2 days and had to call back to see when delivery was going to be. Travelers Auto Transport is just another auto shipping broker, and a poor one. They will tell you they have never received a complaint, which is not true based upon the traffic on this board alone. They took a $200 deposit and, despite a quick turn-around, said they would have a pick-up 3-days later, (I called on Thursday and they even said I would hear back by Saturday at the latest). I was contacted by "Augie" on a Tuesday to transport a vehicle and then heard nothing for 5 days. When I tried to call back, the number I had been texting with was "out of service". A quick Google search showed that the number I was corresponding with was actually for a plumbing service in Long Island. Like a lot of auto transporters, these guys are liars. No communication. High price. Terrible service.Gave them a 10 day window to find driver. After 10 days and no word I have to call to find out what's going on. After my call they get some one and say it will be another 2 days for pick up. 2 days go by with no word and no pick up. So I call again. They inform me there is delay and it will be another day. Next day no pick so I call again and they inform me another day. Finally gets picked up. Only 1 star because they answered my phone calls.

They told me the car should arrive during the weekend. Comes Monday no car. So I call them and leave a message and email (no response). After finally getting back apparently the drivers truck broke down and promised to come within a few days. Wednesday I call (delivery date) and truck is still broken down but promised soon.
