What I liked in Dealing with John Denny is he showed options and gave a base install cost he understood what our needs were but didnt pressure upsell he was easy to deal with. John pulled the proper permits and offered advice to help in the process. I noticed they used high end subcontractors for electrical and concrete work that added value on my mind atleast. The Treadway service team (Aaron) has been working to trouble shoot and fix my tub which I had purchased from the Warsaw location long before it was owned by Treadway. They have a done a job of finding an annoying electrical problem. I would highly recommend them for their skill and honesty and when it comes time to replace my existing tub, I will head straight to Treadway. Thank You.
