RecommendedI’m a little late getting to this, but Tredway installed a pool and hot tub for us in June. We’ve been nothing short of happy with the end product and continuing customer service. We’ve gotten answers to every question and a suggestion for every problem we’ve run into so far. I would recommend them to anyone considering a new pool

I recently purchased my second hot tub from Tredway. Cindi in sales was patient and straight forward. The group that delivered and installed my new tub were polite, efficient, and helpful in explaining to me how to get my tub started up. I recommend Tredwy to anyone wanting a new tub.

We recently had Treadway install a new in ground swimming pool at our home. The install crew was courteous and the project manager Eric did an excellent job answering questions and communicating the progress of the job. I would recommend Treadway to anyone thinking about having a swimming pool installed!
Had to have a new pool liner installed this year, and despite the fact that it was an unexpected expense, the team from Tredway has been FABULOUS! They walked me through the entire process and communicated frequently along the way. I've also worked closely with the folks at the south store, and they've been incredibly helpful in diagnosing water issues and providing sound recommendations. If you have a pool or a hot tub, save yourself the trouble of working with a less reputable company and start with Tredway!

We are absolutely thrilled with the final product! The guys are honest, upfront about every little thing (issues with our yard, which they fixed beyond what they had to do, and now it’s even better than before; delays in installation due to weather... etc) and the final product is beautiful. They’re supportive and super helpful about how to keep our pool healthy and in the best shape possible. Use them for your pool—you won’t regret it!!

We purchased a Marquis Hot Tub and Covana.... absolutely LOVE it! Excellent experience from purchasing with the help of Cindi to set up/delivery with Suzi... and then to delivery! The delivery and set-up was better than expected plus 100% respected our property! Those guys were great!!!Everyone we had contact with at Tredway went above and beyond!! Kudos to the Tredway installation crew and John Denny for their hard work and professional finishes on our in ground pool. With all of the rotten weather we had this spring they were still able to put this thing in the ground. It was fun to watch this alll happen! I’ve added a few photos of the process for those that haven’t seen an inground pool installed. I highly recommend Tredway for any pools you might have in mind. They truly are professional and caring about what they do and what the customer wants!!
