My family and I do not recommend using Treadway Pools. First, we spent thousands of dollars on removing trees and rerouting utilities according to their recommendations. Then we could not come to an agreement on our pool layout which effected slide position and materials needed. Treadway Pools and our family came to a mutual agreement to dissolve our contract with a promise of a full refund. Be cautious of this pool installer. We contacted Tredway several months ago about installing an inground pool for us. After meeting with John we decided to go forward with the project and signed a contract putting down $10,000. After meeting with John several times, it was determined that around 8 trees would need to be removed from our backyard. one of the worst experiences ever was given a list of contractors by the manager and told they do "awesome work". hired one and paid a deposit my ck was cashed and finally found out the guy was in jail gave him a 2nd chance to redeem and still a no show was set up with a ,2nd guy by same manager and he made contact once several messages were left finally decided to get my money back and they are keeping 10 percent so lost that and got to go go to court and try to get money back from their awesome contractor so out 1000 dolla... read more
We’ve used Tredway for quite a few years, and sadly the service has declined. We needed to replace a hose. My husband went to purchase one. When the gentleman cut the hose the end was completely mangled. My husband didn’t say anything, thinking he might be able to clean it up himself. Well that didn’t work. The hose sprayed water all over. I returned to see about getting another hose, and even explained how the previous hose was damaged when bought. I had the hose in my car, but nobody cared. I would recommend they after this issue they fixed our problem. Great company , Trust worthy. Had them close our pool like every year. But last season when they closed the pool they broke the clorenrator drain plug. But never told us this until we open it and find it. Called them and wanted to charge us to fix it. Why would I pay to fix something that the pool closer broke but didn't say anything about it. Why would he, didn't want to take responsibility. First off they tried to brib us saying they won't help us now unless we pull our bad review! We will not be BULLIED by this company! This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!
