WARNING. Treadway pools plus Had them put a new liner in our in ground pool noticed dark spots they told us it was mold under the liner would not fix the problem. The mold wasn't treated as the instructions stated that came with the new liner that we purchased trough them. Treadway pools would give us 40% off total we already paid $4,468.00 too replace the liner again. That's the truth they probably have a different story. I have papers too back up my complaint. Warsaw store HORRIBLE! DON'T waste your time, bought a hot tub w promise of a pool in spring....fired our guy, didn't tell us, so we were totally screwed around, this all happened in Aug and we just now, today got what we all needed to complete the hot tub....they are a JOKE IN THERE! WE ARE GOING ELSEWHERE FOR CHEMICALS AND THINGS FOR TUB AND PURCHASE FOR OUR POOL. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A 1!
Tredway Pools Plus is a joke ! Don't bother, drive the extra 50 Miles to Muncie if you have to. Those print outs and products they make you by and promise it'll work WONT !! The only way to test pool water is by doing it the old fashion tablet way. Those programs will sell you products you don't need and won't clear up your pool. I am very disappointed Thag two family members spent way too much money on products they didn't need and didn't work...
