The staff was very friendly. It was a great experience for my daughters 1st dental visit. She was terrified, crying, and refusing to let go of my neck, I just knew we would either be traumatically be holding he down for her exam or we were going to have to leave. Dr. Brandon came in and after him just talking with her for a bit, she hopped right up on the table and layed down for her exam and cleaning. Wonderful experience at Treetop! The staff was beyond friendly, and we loved Dr. Brandon. Also love that it is in a great location close to home!
We were greeted warmly, always a good start. The waiting area is family friendly. We were seen promptly. The hygienist was clearly skilled in working with children, explaining everything they were going to do in kid-friendly language. The dentist was also very friendly and candid. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist in the New Braunfels area, this is a great place to check out.
Everyone was great! My daughter was even excited to brush her teeth when we got home!

Dr Shamblin and his dental hygienists are so gentle and kind, the gals at the front desk are exceptionally helpful and friendly, the environment is inviting and clean and my kids love playing in the waiting room. very thankful for such an incredible dentist!!
The staff is fantastic, welcoming, accommodating and extremely kind! I would not take my 3 kids anywhere else! Dr. Brandon is awesome!
