The waiting room was inviting and friendly for children with many activities to occupy them and put them at ease. However, this is very deceptive as this dentist has an approach to toddler teeth care that is harsh at best. Specifically, his advice to parents of toddlers is to ask them, "Do you want to do this the easy way, or do you want to do this the hard way?"
