This is the second time I've refinanced my load, as my credit score continues to improve affording me better rates. IFS is 5 hours ahead of me as I am in Hawaii. I literally missed everyone of his phone calls due to being at work and the time difference. Jason left detailed voicemails and every call was followed by an email. Jason took care of everything and told me exactly what I needed to do. The forms even came highlighted so I didn't miss a signature. Great service.

I work with one of there customer service specialist Ms Gretchen De Los Santos and she was very helpful and most of all very professional. Eventhough I did not receive a loan at this time due to my personal reasons she gave me good advice and told me that she would do everything in the future to assist me futher..I will take her consideration to the fullest and contact her back at a later date for her assistance..thanks so much for your professional knowledge of your job

I applied for a loan through IFS auto loans My specialist was Ms Gretchen de Los Santos. I did not receive a loan at this time due to my own personal reasons but just the niceness and professionalism knowledge that she explained to me help me tremendously and I appreciate her recommendations for what I need to do. I will contact her back in coming months to get approved and she stated that she will do everything that is available for me to get approved the next time Thanks again for caring about the customers

I was searching for refinance options and found IFS which had the best rates and term that matched my needs. I was able to lower payment almost 70$/per month and they were able to but my rate in half! My agent was Jorge Benavides, he was very helpful, responsive, and explained everything step by step. Jorge handled everything and made the process seamless. Would recommend IFS to anyone searching for auto refinance.
