Based off my experience, everything went smooth and quick. Ashley was very helpful and answered any questions i had and guided me every step of the way. You really need to pay attention to details (just like any other paperwork) but if everything is filled out properly then they are quick to get everything moving. At the end of the day, my APR was drastically reduced by over 10% and montly payments lowered without increasing the months remaining on the contract.
Jerry at IFS was amazing. He even FedExed us our loan documents when our printer went down. Way to go above and beyond!

The loan went excellent from beginning to end. My advisor was Harry, who I was always able to contact quickly when I had questions or concerns.
It took a lot of back and forth communication to get all of the documents settled. Lower rates and payment which is what we wanted.
It was easy. Joe helped me out with everything and it took about a week. It was awesome. I don't see any need for improvement. Thanks Joe!!!
