He walked me through the process, giving step by step instructions, and he was very effective at communicating, responding to email and phone calls promptly, and answering all of my questions with great professionalism and accuracy. Jon was absolutely great and was on it..Everytime I had a question he would reply back in seconds..He got me approved with a little down payment..however he got me Right! Lower interest rate and car note a little lesser but this time I have gap insurance included in my payments how awesome is that I'm grateful and my 2019 black ebony kia is as well! Process took less than two weeks not to mention I just bought my car! Never knew you can refi after buying a car two months in!
I had a complicated situation and am a hard person to get ahold of but Kristina was extremely patient and very helpful.
The process went quickly, smoothly and Aimee and Lindsey were awesome to work with. I've never ever dealt with anyone like them. I dealt with Aimee more but they deserve a humongous raise!!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, awesome, responds quickly. Don't mind dealing with them again. will tell everyone I know.

I was offered a refinance my auto loan through credit karma. Innovative funding accepted my application and lowered my current interest rate. I also added Gap insurance at their suggestion. Great to work with
