I had a loan with capital one for 9.9. My CK score was only 638 but my FICO is 660. I got a nice 3.9% APR. The process was quick and painless. I would definitely recommend to anyone! The girl who processed by loan was efficient, customer service oriented, always answered my voicemails and emails within a timely manner.

Brian Arthur has been my go to guy on both of my refinances. Brian kept me updated on everything that I needed to submit as well as the status of my application. I loved the fact that invariably Brian was available to talk most times that I called. On the rare occasion he was not available Brian called shortly after to assist me. Five stars

I had a Capital One Auto Loan at 13.590 % and now have a loan throught IFS services at 4.89 % save me about $3,500 a year in savings .. There service was great and fast .. The young man Tyler that help me was awesome ...

My personal experience with IFS was unique. Although I would recommend the service to others in need because I can see how it can help some people. However the end did not justify the mean for me because, as a result of closing my oldest line of credit and 4 different hard request my credit score dropped 30 points. YES, they did manage to lover my interest rate by almost 4% but I had less tan a year to go on my 60 months car payment. I refinanced my car loan with their help. It wasnt a huge difference but enough to helped a little and got me away from the j**ks at Capitol One Auto Finance. They also offered some credit advise that I am now using. I never felt rushed when I talk to the representatives and they walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I had.

IFS made the whole process easy and I am not sure if the person who wrote about a "BAD" experience was doing something wrong himself or what but I am very happy with my results and the customer service at IFS.
