Refied my Capital One loan which was 10.75% New rate with IFS around 5.5%. Joe the IFS Advisor answered all my questions in a prompt manner.

The overall service was excellent but my application process did not excel, it took two months to be completed. My rep was very professional, polite, and helpful when I had questions regarding my loan agreement.
