I had a 8% car loan through Capital One. With bad credit, I was happy w/Capital One to get approved for a car. But IFS got me approved for a refinance w/a credit union for 4.75%. Took only 2 hard credit pulls(mention to your rep. your concern of too many hard pulls). There was $300 fee, but for that type of drop in interest, it is well worth it.

Had a great experiance with this company! My rep was very diligent and quick.
The overall process was a bit tedious due to miscommunication and a case of playing "phone tag," but eventually my auto loan was refinanced. It took a good while to finally get in contact with my refinance advisor, but he was very helpful and courteous once contact was finally made. IFS lowered my interest rate from 8% to a 6%, I am a college student and needed a cosigner who did not have a score of 700+ like myself so that was the reason the interest didn't drop as much. Great company overall.
