Just received my email that my refinance was completed and that my title was updated. I feel like this process took longer than expected but overall it was fairly easy. I did not run into any problems and have no concerns. I was approved right away with a credit union and will receive a $2k credit card from them. I would recommend them to anyone. The reviews look worse than the process actually is. Glad I gave them a try. Also I was quoted for a 5.4% interest rate but end up getting a 3.49% so all wins!
