Customer service and agent were very helpful and respectful. Turn around time was a bit long and communication was lacking in some areas (i.e. updates). Aside from that they got me a good deal on refinancing and it was an overall positive experience. Especially the online notary they provided. If you dont mind waiting a bit, it's a good company to use.
