Drew who handled my initial process was great and we did everything through email. Then final paperwork FedExed to me, signed and FedExed back to them with their prepaid label! All in less than one week! Great service!

I had a 72mos capital one auto finance loan with 48mos left at almost 17% interest. I had paid on time for 2 years and my credit score had increased over that time. Cap One had no interest in refinancing my loan so i contacted IFS to see if they could assist. IFS asked for some basic information about my loan, condition of the car, and reasons for refinancing.
