All is well as of now. I just got notification that my loan has been funded. I had been holding off on my ReFi waiting for the "right time" where I thought I was in the best position. Luckily I did. I began my application with Tresl about 12 days ago and everything was quick, easy, and simple. And I got considerably better rates than anything I had been quoted previously. My Advisor Kim was very helpful and honest throughout the entire process! Highly recommend.
