I had the worst experience with Trevor. His customer service is horrible and he is not responsive to emails, calls or text messages. The initial conversation with Trevor was fine. After that everything went downhill. He ran my credit for the application and confirmed we were good to move forward. I provided all of the documents he asked for and started looking for homes.
