Trevor was extremely helpful and available even at odd hours. We were new to the home buying process and he walked us through every step while constantly keeping our best interest in mind. The deal seemed to be constantly changing and Trevor was always ready to adapt to make sure our needs were met so that we could buy our first home. I could not recommend Trevor strongly enough.

Trevor helped us get a mortgage to buy a new home. He spent several months working with us to get our financial situation under control and find the right house for our budget. I had also tried a different company (Zillow won't allow me to say which one) while shopping around, and did not have a good experience with them. Trevor was always able to answer all of my questions thoroughly, immediately, and accurately. He was patient, comprehensive, and professional. He made sure we understood everything and easily met all of the deadlines. I could not believe how helpful he was, and he made the process as smooth and low-stress as possible for us.

Trevor was excellent to work with. As a first time homebuyer buying a multi-family unit with a VA loan I had a lot to learn about the process. Trevor and his team worked through the loan with such fluidity and transparency that made this process enjoyable. We simply wouldn´t have made it without Trevor’s diligence, knowledge and hard work. Our situation was atypical since we were relocating from abroad after years of not living in the US, so we faced many, many unexpected hurdles. Trevor guided us through the whole process until completion; he was always in touch to tell us what was needed and to make sure we would fulfill all the needs of the underwriting process in a timely manner.
