Really bad rooms no longer are cleaned or towel change due to lack of personnel and when we called House keeping a very angry Manager said they were suppose to tell us at check in. we stayed two days without linen change nor garbage thrown out restaurants

Very Poor too far away from everything no microwave in hotel too much smoking the food selection in hotel

Poor The room was horrible. It is in need of a remodel. That was the worst room I ever stayed in. I was in the West wing. I tried to get an upgrade, but there was no availability in the Havana and South wing. I will not be returning to the Tropicana. Also, the controls for the temperature was broken, no towel rack in the bath to hang towels on and the tub was filling up when showering (I made sure the switch was down). Nice staff

Disappointing Staff was unwilling to help when. We checked in I had a reservation I cancell3e and wanted my credit ro go towards it but they didn't wanna hear m3 Nice atmosphere
