it was my husbands birthday and starting at the hotel my special requests when booking were not met. then we were told $ food places all close and no where close near by in middle of the night. I like how much there was to do and we didn’t need to leave the building for any of it

me depciono no fue lo que esperaba en la habitación no había shampoo, ni acondicionado, la piscinaestaba vacía, no había muchas indicaciones de como llegar a los lugares, no tenían maquina de hielo en los pisos.

great price for a short stay but wouldn’t go back. our room was clean but the shower was broken it would leak water all over the floor and I almost fell and hurt myself multiple times. the crowd of people at night time didn’t make me feel safe, I had multiple homeless people walk up to me inside the hotel asking for money. I will not be returning. having access to multiple restaurants and stores

Bad Stationnement très loin du lobby. Pas de valet. Pas assez d'indication pour "check-in". Attendu près de 1h pour "check-in". Chambre Pas très propre. Tapis sale. J'attends le remboursement pour les 2 nuits non utilisées.

Highly upset with my stay. The rooms smelled old and moldy. Stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping never came. The rooms didn’t have full bath towels. Asked for towels that we never received.
