Because we didn’t receive the full services we expected, I feel we should had a reduced rate. When we didn’t receive towels or room service, we were told that it must be requested ( but we were never informed ahead of time): Then we requested room service and still didn’t receive any. Every day we had to call in order to get towels. Used towels were never picked up and trash was never emptied. They said they were short staffed. Comfortable bed in a nice sized room. Bathroom modern.

Uncomfortable Dirty shower... and rude house keeping busting in my room I usually gave the best stay when I come.. I come all the time.

horrible wouldnt stay again everything no help transferred to multiple people and nothing was resolved nothing staff was not helpful at all

I will stay at another hotel that’s cleaner room was not clean and smelled bad even when we paid for an upgrade. sheets smelled sweaty and fridge had old food inside carpet was dingy the outside is lively shops and casino that’s about it rooms suck
