Room Was Unclean And Not Worth The Money I Paid it was not clean, the bathroom was dirty, the walls were smeared and ripped, the shower was dirty, the desk inside of the room had gunk all over the place, the bed sheets had stains on them. it was just “okay”. it definitely was not worth 170$ that I paid for the night for the room we received.

It was ok. Pool hours suck. Rooms wreak of Marijuana. Cleanliness not so great. Condition of rooms (smoking) poor, outdated. Crappy, outdated television. I also heard from other colleagues that the North tower was horrendous. Casino is nice. Meeting space nice. Pool hours suck.
Terrible. Arrived ro filthy room with stains on sheets, blood on pillows and wallpaper coming off walls, headboard caked on dust. You. An see the walla haven't taken been cleaned in years.. Missy one of your operators was very rude when we called a about our room. Next day manager transferred us. We should have gotten free room. We were there two nights. This was our honeymoon! The worst stay every!!! The tower they had my overnight stay in was old and not clean!!! I hated the fact that I was placed in the Havana Tower which was very old and out dated and was in smoking room which I don’t smoke. smelled smoke thur out the hallway Eve while in my room!!!

never staying at Tropicana again the hotel staff was very rude our rooms AC was broken on a 80 degree day, they moved our room and has same problem. had to wait 3 hours for maintenance to fix. location
