Location was great but room had a big in it the first room but they are falling short on cleanliness There rooms are old and carpet everywhere All the store and things on the property to do

Comfortable , clean rooms but need to consider furniture choices... There is NO seating n te Lobby area or outside at valet. There was an issue with a customer after we checked out and had to wait for police/security to clear a way for us to leave. Room was clean. We did want to sit on a couch together to eat but there was not one nor a table. So we opt to sit on the bed....Bell service was short staffed at check in so we had to walk all the way to the Chelsea towers with all of our stuff! Check out was a lot smoother. Bell ... read more

Very good hotel We didn't like the parking spaces. We stayed for one day, so they took a deposit and didn't refund 20%. Everything was good
