Good I didn’t like that the room was advertised for $60. But after fees and taxes it came out to $107. I paid that amount and got an email saying that mandatory fee for Wi-Fi, etc. was an additional $35! So in the end this room cost me more than double what it was originally advertised as.

Good 1. The adult swimming pool- Why would we have to pay a fee for a chair and facility when we have already paid a resort fee? 2. The elevators to self parking levels were very limited. There was an extremely long line waiting for elevators. We, as well as other hotel guests, had a difficult time finding the stairs to our cars. Our room in Havana Tower
Wonderful I didn't care for wild honey breakfast. I went to see comedy and it was charging 30 dollars I changed my mind. The room was clean but outdated. We stayed for three nights and housekeeping did not come to the room. Casino and the activities. We enjoyed the boogie night on Thursday. The restaurants were good. Hash brown and Hooters food was good.

Overall great time, great facility, room was spacious nice and clean. Ready to go back again, Room service was limited; however, we were able to get the items we needed on our stay and we received housekeeping service after speaking to housekeeping on our last night. We were happy to spend our last night in a fresh room with fresh sheets, which were clean. Tropicana is a favorite and go too. The property is excellent, everything you need is right there.
